Bridgelands — Woodbridge, Vaughan

Bridgelands is a “Coming Soon” master-planned community proposed near the intersection of Weston Road and Teston Road in Woodbridge, a well-established, family-oriented neighbourhood within the City of Vaughan, Ontario. The project is being developed by a partnership of three GTA homebuilders — Arista Homes, Deco Homes, and Opus Homes.

This same three-builder combination has previously partnered on other GTA master-planned communities, including SouthCal near Hurontario Street and Highway 410 in Caledon, and The Castle Mile in Brampton’s Castlemore area. Bridgelands, SouthCal, and The Castle Mile are three separate, distinct communities in three different municipalities — they share a builder partnership, not a location, pricing, or availability.

While the exact home types planned for Bridgelands have not yet been officially confirmed, the builder trio’s other joint communities have typically featured a mix of freehold townhomes and detached homes, which is a reasonable expectation for Bridgelands pending official confirmation.

Bridgelands sits within reach of Maple GO Station, Highways 400, 407, and 427, Vaughan Mills Mall, and Cortellucci Vaughan Hospital, in an area served by several public and Catholic schools and surrounded by parks, golf courses, and conservation areas.

As of August 2026, Bridgelands remains in the pre-construction, “Coming Soon” phase. Pricing, deposit structure, floor plans, and the public sales-launch date have not yet been released. Buyers who register receive priority notification as these details are confirmed.
